Please read these booking conditions carefully, they are an important part of your contract for your holiday.

The conditions of booking and information on this website, set out the terms of your contract with Brynteg Barn.  They shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, being subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.  No variation shall be of any effect unless in writing and by the authority of Brynteg Barn.

The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only.  The information is provided by Brynteg Barn and whilst we make every effort to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, services, or graphics contained on the website for any purpose.  Any reliance you place on such information is therefore entirely at your own risk.

In no event will Brynteg Barn be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits  arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.

Whilst every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly, Brynteg Barn takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS

We put a lot of effort into making your holiday an enjoyable and memorable experience.  Please take a minute to read through the following conditions, before you proceed with your booking.  The Booking Conditions outline the rights and obligations of the customer and those of Brynteg Barn

YOUR CONTRACT WITH US

A booking confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please check the details carefully.  Your holiday is not confirmed until we send this booking confirmation, at which stage a binding contract is made between you and Brynteg Barn.

PAYMENT

A 50% deposit (balance to be paid 7 days before arrival) or payment in full is necessary to confirm your holiday.

*Balance to be paid 7 days before commencement of holiday by cheque or bank transfer..

Failure to pay the balance on arrival will result in cancellation of your holiday.

INSURANCE

We recommend you take out travel insurance to adequately cover yourself while on holiday.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the policy covers you for cycling.

 

CHANGING YOUR HOLIDAY

If you wish to change your holiday, we will do our best to accommodate your requirements depending on availability.  An administration fee of £20 per booking is payable for alterations.

 

CANCELLING YOUR HOLIDAY

You must inform us in writing or e mail if you wish to cancel your holiday.

Depending on when you cancel your holiday, a fee will apply, these are listed below:

Up to 2 calendar months prior to the beginning of the holiday: 20% of holiday cost
Between 1 and 2 calendar months prior to the beginning of the holiday: 50% of holiday cost

Less than 1 calendar month prior to the beginning of the holiday: 100% of holiday cost

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY US

We reserve the right to cancel, amend or alter your holiday at any time. Where this is necessary, you will be offered an alternative holiday or a full refund on your booking.

CHANGES FOR REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation for any cancellation, amendment or alteration due to forces beyond our control, including but not limited to war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity (actual or threatened), industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, outbreak of an epidemic or epizootic, bad weather and all other events which we could not, with all reasonable care, have foreseen or avoided.

 

RISK

Cycling in common with other outdoor activities, is a potentially hazardous pursuit.  Whilst we do everything possible to reduce this risk to an acceptable level, it is not possible to eliminate the risk entirely. Therefore Brynteg Barn will not be liable for any injury to persons or damage or loss of cycling equipment incurred during the holiday

 

 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your holidays and have reason to complain, please contact us within 28 in writing or e- mail so that we can address your concerns.
